QBIS

Every plate,
planned.

QBIS turns each unit's headcount into dish portions and ingredient quantities, meal by meal. SAP Business One master data is a paste away, and published plans land as private PDFs in your Google Drive.

From SAP to the kitchen in three steps

    1. Paste from SAP Business One

Copy a list from SAP B1 with its headers and paste it in. New items are added, changed names are updated, and the columns you keep yourself are never touched.

    2. Set consumption per portion

Each dish lists its ingredients with a CPP for every unit and meal. Copy a dish to make the Dinner version and change only what differs.

    3. Plan, publish, cook

Enter the headcount and portions per dish. QBIS totals the ingredients, builds the PDF and files it in the unit's Drive folder.

    Built for planners, not spreadsheets

    A meter that understands plates

800 people rarely means 800 portions. QBIS shows target, allocated and the difference live, and never blocks a plan for going over.

    Ingredients, totalled

Portions × CPP for every ingredient, split into main materials and curry ingredients, per day or per month.

    Your own columns

Add manual fields like safety stock, or formulas like CPP * 1.1. Drag a value down a hundred rows.

    Works on the kitchen floor

A phone layout with big steppers and swipe-friendly lists, not a shrunken desktop.

    SAP-style authorizations

User codes, authorization groups, and Full, Read Only or No Authorization per module. Lockouts, password policy and a full change log.

    Runs on free tiers

Files stay private. Access stays yours.

Plan PDFs and backups live in your Google account and are never shared. People see them only inside QBIS after signing in. Every request to Drive is signed and expires within minutes.
